AC/DC May Be Forced To Move Melbourne Shows

Damian Barrett of The Herald Sun reports that legendary rockers AC/DC could be forced to find a new venue for their sold-out Melbourne, Australia shows because of an AFL (Australian Football League) claim on Etihad Stadium.

AC/DC's three "Black Ice" gigs at the Docklands next year — on February 11, 13 and 15 — clash with the AFL's pre-season.

The AFL is adamant its contract with the venue gives it priority on all bookings at that time of year.

The Herald Sun has learned the AFL has written to Etihad Stadium boss Ian Collins about the scheduling clash.
