ACARIYA Signs With HOLD TRUE RECORDINGS

January 24, 2008

Providence, Rhode Island metal gurus ACARIYA have inked a deal with Hold True Recordings. The band's new album will be released before the spring.

Commented the group: "We are very happy to announce that we have signed to Hold True Recordings. We all feel that this label is the perfect compliment to what we are about. This is a label that has a great outlook on music and very similar goals to what we are trying to achieve not only in music but in life. We are looking forward to working closely with Ethan and the Hold True family and we see great things to come in the future."

ACARIYA's mission is described in the band's official bio: "Let's just say that we are five guys that have been living, loving and playing music independently and together for just short of a decade. We have played with many bands national and local, and have played many venues from Maine to Georgia. We have gained a large fan base in New England and are excited to expand upon it. We have had many ups and downs and sometimes more downs than ups. Through it all, the five of us have shared this dream and this drive to bring the underground music community together and explore all forms of music. We want nothing more in this life than to play music and see this world and all of its incredible people. ACARIYA is that outlet for us. An outlet that lets us be free. . . Music is our first love, and we do what we love. To us, ACARIYA is the thrill of chasing a dream. It is the bond of real friendship. While we are pushing our bodies, minds, and souls to new levels, we are creating and playing music, traveling the earth, and using that experience, knowledge, and music to help others the way others have helped us. To us, ACARIYA is life!"
