Accused Wife-Killer Downloaded 'Questionable' GUNS N' ROSES Song The Night Of Murder

Darryl Tardy of The St. Augustine Record is reporting that a Florida man accused of murdering his wife downloaded several questionable songs the night his wife was killed, including "Used to Love Her" (featuring the line "I used to love her, but I had to kill her") by GUNS N' ROSES, a song investigators say he downloaded and deleted the same night of his wife's murder.

One of the grand jurors asked Justin Barber, 32, if it was a coincidence.

Barber responded, "If you're asking me was I downloading music because I planned to kill my wife, I certainly was not."

Barber went on to tell the grand jury, "I did not murder April, I did not kill her and I didn't plan to." Read more.
