AEROSMITH Frontman Hospitalized After Fall

October 25, 2011

Tonight's AEROSMITH concert in Paraguay has been rescheduled for tomorrow after the band's frontman Steven Tyler fell in his hotel bathroom and was was taken to a hospital in the country's capital.

According to Reuters, a bellboy at the Bourbon Hotel in Asuncion told local radio that Tyler slipped when he was taking a shower and "had a nasty fall." The singer reportedly had a bloody face and had lost several teeth before he was brought into the hospital emergency room.

Tyler was pushed by guitarist Joe Perry off a catwalk and into the crowd during the band's August 17, 2010 concert at Toronto, Ontario, Canada's Air Canada Centre.

In August 2009 Tyler fell from a stage in Sturgis, South Dakota, leading to the cancelation of a tour and rumors that the long-sober rocker was off the wagon again.
