April 22, 2005

According to a post at SickthingsUK, Alice Cooper turned up of a Detroit TV channel this morning to advertise the new Detroit affliate for the "Nights of Alice Cooper" radio show. As the weather guys on the channel are fans, Cooper ended up doing the weather with them with what looks like amusing results. Check out video footage from the actual broadcast at this location.

As previously reported, ALICE COOPER will offer an exclusive sneak peak at his new album, "Dirty Diamonds", on his "Nights with Alice Cooper" radio show this Friday, April 22.

"Nights with Alice Cooper" is broadcast on radio stations throughout the United States. Click here to find the closest affiliate in your area.

COOPER is scheduled to release his new album, "Dirty Diamonds", in June. The CD, which is said to be a continuation of the more organic approach found on Cooper's last effort, "The Eyes of Alice Cooper", was overseen by Steve Lindsey, who co-produced Cooper's 2004 duet with rapper XZIBIT, "Stand" (off the official Olympics Games album, "Unity") and has worked with Elton John, Luther Vandross and Leonard Cohen.
