ANDREW WK To Replace CORNELL/RAGE At OZZFEST 2002?!

ANDREW WK (full name: Andrew Wilkes-Krier),whose backing band includes former OBITUARY drummer Donald D.T. Tardy, has been invited by Ozzfest organizers to fill the slot vacated by the unnamed group featuring ex-SOUNDGARDEN frontman Chris Cornell and members of RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE, according to MTV.com. ANDREW WK has not yet accepted the invitation, but is reportedly enthusiastic about the possibility, his manager told MTV.

ANDREW WK's debut album, entitled I Get Wet, debuted at #112 on the Billboard 200 albums chart, having sold nearly 14,000 copies in its first week.
