ANTIMATTER: New Song Available For Download

A brand-new ANTIMATTER track, entitled "Legions", has been made available for download at this location.

"Legions" comes off ANTIMATTER's third album, "Planetary Confinement", due in the U.S. on July 26 via The End Records (one day earlier internationally via Prophecy Productions).

The album is said to be acoustic-based, and has a much more organic feel than "Saviour" or "Lights Out", this time featuring natural strings, piano and drums. The final tracklisting has been confirmed as:

Duncan Patterson (former ANATHEMA bassist) completed mixing the Irish sessions for the album ("Line of Fire", "Planetary Confinement", "Relapse", "Mr. White" and "Eternity Part 24") in winter 2004. The sessions feature guest performances from local Irish musicians. One track from this session, "Mr. White", is a cover of a TROUBLE song. ANATHEMA supported TROUBLE on their last tour, and it was during this time that Duncan discussed with TROUBLE singer Eric Wagner the subject of Patterson covering "Mr. White" sometime in the future.
