BACKYARD BABIES Working With RAMMSTEIN Producer

BACKYARD BABIES guitarist Dregen (real name: Andreas Tyrone Svensson) has issued the following update:

"It's now about two weeks left until we will enter the recording studio for BACKYARD BABIES' still-untitled album number 6. This time we're gonna keep it Swedish style, as in producer, studio and mix. We are this time working with producer Jacob Hellner, who mainly is the man behind the RAMMSTEIN albums, and it already feels very good. (Don't worry, it won't be an industrial album.) We have written the strongest songs BACKYARD BABIES ever have written. And we will bang it on tape like it's the last recording ever. This album WILL have it all. You will laugh. You will cry. You will dance. You'll get high. I can't wait until you can hear it!"

BACKYARD BABIES released its fifth studio full-length album, "People Like People Like People Like Us", in April 2006 via Century Media Records. A video for the song "Dysfunctional Professional" can be viewed below.

BACKYARD BABIES' 1994 full-length debut, "Diesel and Power", was reissued in 2006 with a bonus track, "Lies", and the video for "Electric Suzy".
