BLINDED COLONY Parts Ways With Singer, Seeks Replacement
October 9, 2008Swedish metallers BLINDED COLONY have parted ways with vocalist Denny Axelsson (THE BEREAVED, MARAMON, WITHIN REACH, CALM) due to "professional differences." The group says, "BLINDED COLONY wishes Denny the best of luck with his future endeavors and salutes the good times we had with him not only as a band member but as a good friend."
The group adds, "With one man short, BLINDED COLONY is looking for a new frontman! You should be a professional and charismatic singer who's got to be 100% committed and be able to tour. If you think that you got what it takes, then please send us a mail with some info about you, a pic and a sample of your singing (mp3, YouTube link etc) to [email protected]."
BLINDED COLONY's sophomore CD, "Bedtime Prayers", came out in January 2007 through Pivotal Rockordings. The band followed up the release with a 38-day tour with EKTOMORF and KAYSER.
