CINDER's Collaboration With STONE TEMPLE PILOTS Singer Posted Online

STONE TEMPLE PILOTS singer Scott Weiland helped produce nine of the 11 tracks on Ft. Myers, Florida rock band CINDER's forthcoming debut album, "Break Your Silence" (due June 10 through Interscope Records). He also contributed lyrics and vocals to a track titled "Lush". In a recent interview with [fmSound], CINDER guitarist Kenny Craig described the experience of writing and recording with Weiland as "completely awesome. He's a great guy. [CINDER frontman] Roger [Young] was asked who would be the dream guy to work with, and since he is a huge STP fan, he couldn't think of anyone other than Scott. Overall it was a great experience. Scott definitely gave us a lot of advice about song writing and his talent added a lot to the album."
