CLAWFINGER Hope To Release New Album By Christmas
June 11, 2005Frontman Zak Tell of the Swedish rap/metal combo CLAWFINGER has issued the following update on the recording sessions for the group's new studio album:
"The last few days have been hectic for me as we've been doing vocals in the studio, were pretty close to being done with 11 tracks now. Later this afternoon I'll be heading over to the studio for the final sessions! After that is done, I guess Bård [Torstensen, guitar] will be taking all the tracks home with him to Norway where he will perform additional magic to the songs! Hopefully they will turn out to be so good when that is done that we can use them all for the new album. If so this means we will be able to release an album just in time to make it the Christmas present of the year so that it can top the charts worldwide!;D"
CLAWFINGER's latest album, "Zeros & Heros", was released in May 2003 via G.U.N./Supersonic Records.
