DANZIG To Play One-Off 'Blackest Of The Black' Show In London

DANZIG will stage a one-off "Blackest Of The Black" concert in London, England in November. The show, which will take place immediately following DANZIG's North American "Blackest Of The Black" tour with SUPERJOINT RITUAL, MORBID ANGEL, DEVILDRIVER and BEHEMOTH, will feature a different lineup to the one presented in the U.S. More information, including the exact date and the venue for the gig will be announced next week.

As previously reported, DANZIG have been confirmed as the headliner of this year's KOMP 92.3 End of Summer Bash on Saturday, September 13 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The group have finished writing nine songs for their forthcoming album and will complete six more before heading into the studio to begin recording the as-yet-untitled follow-up 2002's "777: I Luciferi". 11 tracks will likely appear on the new CD, with the rest possibly used for B-sides. A late 2003/early 2004 release through Spitfire Records is expected.
