DEATH ANGEL's new album, "Killing Season", has entered the German Media Control chart at position No. 59. As previously reported, the CD landed on the Dutch chart at No. 56.

"Killing Season" sold around 2,300 copies in the United States in its first week of release, according to Nielsen SoundScan. (Note: Internet sales *are* included in the SoundScan totals.) This number is in line with the performance of its predecessor, "The Art of Dying", which registered a first-week sales tally of around 2,100 back in May 2004.

EMG Pickups has posted video footage of DEATH ANGEL performing the song "Dethroned" at the group's new CD-release party on Thursday, February 28 at Slim's in San Francisco. Watch the clip below.

DEATH ANGEL filmed a video for "Dethroned" on January 29 with director Robert Sexton (THE DWARVES, AMEN, MONDO GENERATOR) in Santa Paula, California. Check out photos from the video shoot at this location.
