DEATH BREATH Completes First Recording Session For New Album
August 18, 2009DEATH BREATH — the Swedish old-school death metal project featuring former ENTOMBED drummer and main songwriter Nicke Andersson (most recently the frontman of rock 'n' roll band THE HELLACOPTERS) — has completed the first recording session for its new album. According to the group, the recording process "went in a very death metal manner with a touch of thrash perhaps." More information will be made available soon.
DEATH BREATH's latest EP, "Let It Stink", was released in the U.S. in August 2007 via Relapse Records.
"Let It Stink" featured four brand new songs as well as three covers by BATHORY ("Sacrifice"),G.B.H. ("Lycantrophy") and DISCHARGE ("Maimed And Slaughtered"). The CD version of "Let It Stink" contained a brand new version of the video for the song "Death Breath" as well as the original one.
