DEATHEAD Music Featured In Upcoming Film

May 13, 2008

Utah-based thrash act DEATHEAD will have its song "Controlled By Chaos" included in the film "Death Machine" which is being put together by a film student named Scott Millar. The film is a war horror story set in the Vietnam jungle and is about a platoon of young soldiers who are ambushed by zombies. It will begin shooting in the summer and is expected to debut in the fall.

DEATHEAD recently announced plans to record a new EP entitled "An Offering To The Gods", which will also double as the DVD title the band plans on releasing. According to the group, "this EP will contain five songs, recorded 'live' during our rehearsals. It will be raw pure DEATHEAD. With no overdubs or fancy studio trickery, that way what you hear is exactly us."

"An Offering To The Gods" EP projected track listing:

01. Dragon Head
02. Kingdom of the Worm
03. Pleasure in Pain
04. Architect of Armageddon
05. World of Hate
