DEMIRICOUS To Enter Studio Next Week

March 17, 2007

Guitarist Ben Parrish of the Indianapolis-based death/thrash metal band DEMIRICOUS has issued the following update:

"Next week will start the beginning of serious madness. We're gearing up to hit the studio to record the follow up to '06 Metal Blade release 'One (Hellbound)' with acclaimed producer and death metal guru Erik Rutan. Needless to say we're fucking excited. The album release will be summer '07 with Metal Blade Records."

A video clip of DEMIRICOUS performing a new song in their rehearsal studio last month has been posted online at this location. An interview with the members of DEMIRICOUS conducted by IndyStar.com can be viewed here.

DEMIRICOUS's debut CD, "One (Hellbound)", was released in January 2006 via Metal Blade Records. The album was recorded in June 2005 at Planet Z studios with producer Zeuss (HATEBREED, SHADOWS FALL).

DEMIRICOUS's video for the song "To Serve is to Destroy" can be viewed online at YouTube.com.
