DISCREATION: Entire New Album Available For Streaming

July 13, 2009

"Withstand Temptation", the new album of German death metal outfit DISCREATION can be streamed in its entirety on the band's MySpace page. The CD was mixed and mastered at Soundlodge Studios (GOD DETHRONED, DEW-SCENTED, SINISTER) by Jörg Uken and it features nine songs with a total running time of 38 minutes. Karsten "Jagger" Jäger of DISBELIEF makes a guest vocal appearance in the song "Set The Memories Ablaze".

DISCREATION is currently seeking a new label home for the release of "Withstand Temptation". Interested parties can contact the band at [email protected].

Formed in 2001, DISCREATION plays "modern European death metal that attracts the listener with heavy grooves, melodic guitar playing as well as varied vocals," according to the group's official bio. "The band combines both Swedish and American influences but creates a unique style. The music is modern but doesn't deny its roots. Ferocious blasts get together with epic melodies and are completed with forcing grooves. The music of DISCREATION sounds fresh and new and should appeal to every extreme metal maniac who seeks for something different than the next CANNIBAL CORPSE or DISMEMBER blueprint."

DISCREATION is:

Kai Müller-Lenz - Vocals
Sebastian Schilling - Guitars
Peter Frick - Bass
Michael Winter - Drums
