DOWN To Issue Sophomore CD On March 26th

New Orleans supergroup DOWN, who feature in their ranks PANTERA's Philip Anselmo (vocals),C.O.C.'s Pepper Keenan (guitars),EYEHATEGOD's Jimmy Bower (drums),PANTERA's Rex Brown (bass) and CROWBAR's Kirk Windstein (guitars),have set March 26th as the US release date for their as-yet-untitled sophomore effort through Elektra Records. The follow-up to 1995's Nola was produced by Warren Riker (i.e. SUBLIME, LAURYN HILL, SANTANA) and is due to be mastered at New York City's Sterling Sound facility later this week. As previously reported, the upcoming album is tentatively scheduled to be issued in Japan on March 13th through Warner Music.
