Drummer TROY PATRICK FARRELL Leaving PRETTY BOY FLOYD
September 10, 2010Drummer Troy Patrick Farrell (WHITE LION, LOST ANGELS) will play his final show with glam rockers PRETTY BOY FLOYD tonight (Friday, September 10) at the second installment of the Stockholm Rock Out festival at Gamla Tryckeriet in Alvik, Sweden.
"I wish the guys the best and it has been a fun couple of years but it's time for me to move on," Farrell wrote on his Facebook page. He added, "I would like to get into a project that can not only be challenging, but that can prove to be a natural step up."
Farrell will also play Stockholm Rock Out's day two on Saturday (September 11) with John Corabi (MÖTLEY CRÜE, THE SCREAM, RATT, UNION, ESP). In addition, he has a show scheduled with LOST ANGELS (the band featuring Corabi, guitarist Eric Dover [SLASH'S SNAKEPIT, SEXTUS, ALICE COOPER], bassist Muddy Stardust [L.A. GUNS, GILBY CLARKE] and Farrell) in Leon, Mexico on October 9.
