FIVE STAR PRISON CELL Prepare To Record Second Album

Aussie tech metallers FIVE STAR PRISON CELL are currently writing material for their as-yet-untitled second album. Ten brand new tracks and perhaps a few little suprises are what's in store for the forthcoming opus. This promises to be FIVE STAR's greatest and most challenging work to date. They will head into Back Beach Studios, Rye, Victoria on July 9 with Australia's foremost metal producer DW Norton and a tentative September release is planned through Faultline Records and MGM distribution.

FIVE STAR PRISON CELL will be showcasing some of the new meterial over the next month or so. You can catch them at an all-ages metalfest at EV's in Melbourne's outer easter suburbs on Friday, May 26 with the legendary MORTAL SIN, then at Switch ressurrection (nightclub re-opening) with DREADNAUGHT on Saturday, May 27 and the Corner Hotel in Richmond with SYNTHECTIC BREED on Friday, June 2.
