Former GUNS N' ROSES Axeman Barred From Seeing Band In Vegas!
January 1, 2002Former GUNS N' ROSES guitarist Slash was turned away at the door of Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas on Saturday, December 29th when he tried to enter the venue to see Axl Rose and his backing crew perform their second US gig in eight years, the axeman told ABC News Radio. A security guard reportedly confirmed Slash's account, blaming Rose for the exclusion. Axl, the sole remaining member from GUNS N' ROSES' classic Appetite For Destruction line-up, allegedly told the venue he would walk offstage if he saw any of his former bandmates in the audience. In other news, fans attending Saturday's show have reported that a professional film crew was filming the entire concert, presumably with the intent of releasing the finished product to the public later in the year (although we wouldn't hold our breath).
