Former MASSEMORD Singer Issues New CD

June 25, 2004

Der Henker, former singer of the Norwegian black metal band MASSEMORD, has released a limited-edition, self-titled CD that is currently available for order only via the MASSEMORDweb site. In related news, the drummer of the American black metal band SIN ORIGIN is said to be in talks with MASSEMORD to become the official live drummer for the Norwegian group.

MASSEMORD are currently recording their fourth CD, entitled "The Pagan Opera - Part One". The CD is the first part of a trilogy that will be released through BlackMetal.com Records. MASSEMORD's third album, a split release with Norway's SVARTSKOGG, was released earlier this month through The Oath Productions. Audio clips from the split CD can be heard at this location.
