Former SLASH'S SNAKEPIT Singer Returns With 3 OF A DIFFERENT KIND

Former SLASH'S SNAKEPIT vocalist Rod Jackson has released a CD with his new band, 3 OF A DIFFERENT KIND, entitled "There's a Rhythm to These Streets". The trio, which is rounded out by David "Razz" Rasmussen (guitars, bass, back-up vocals) and Stefan "Big Swede" Svensson (drums, percussion, programming, loops, keyboards),"mixes rock, blues and soul with a flair of country sounds," according to a press release. The sound of 3 OF A DIFFERENT KIND is "fresh with a varied range of emotion, sometimes serious, sometimes silly." The album was written and recorded in its entirety, at Big Swede Studios, located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. This influenced the band heavily throughout the project.
