Former TIGERTAILZ Drummer Joins GYPSY PISTOLEROS

U.S.-born drummer Ace Finchum has joined UK flamenco sleaze rockers GYPSY PISTOLEROS.

Finchum was a member of the Welsh glam legends TIGERTAILZ, both with original singer Steevi Jaimz and with Jaimz's replacement, Kim Hooker. Finchum was also part of Jaimz's reuninted incarnation of the band which last year lost the rights to tour under the TIGERTAILZ name. Shortly afterwards it was announced that he had left the now-renamed STEEVI JAIMZ BAND.

The PISTOLEROS have just signed a U.S. management deal with Blastzone Entertainment. The group's new CD, "Para Siempre" (out in Europe through Bad Reputation),will be released in North America in July through Nightmare Records. A limited edition 500 albums will be pressed and released on red vinyl.

GYPSY PISTOLEROS will mount a U.S. tour that will launch late June and run through August 9. An appearance at the Rocklahoma festival in Pryor, Oklahoma on July 11 has also been confirmed.
