G3: South American Tour Dates Announced

John Petrucci (DREAM THEATER),Joe Satriani, and Eric Johnson will team up for the G3 South American tour, set to take place in October. Confirmed dates are as follows:

Oct. 16 - Teatro Metropolitan - Mexico City, MEX
Oct. 21 - Velodrome - Santiago, CHL
Oct. 23 - Luna Park - Buenos Aires, ARG
Oct. 24 - Luna Park - Buenos Aires, ARG
Oct. 26 - Teatro de Sesi - Porto Alegre, BRA
Oct. 27 - Credicard Hall - Sao Paolo, BRA
Oct. 28 - Credicard Hall - Sao Paolo, BRA
Oct. 29 - Claro Hall - Rio de Janeiro, BRA

The Australian leg of the G3 tour — featuring Petrucci, Satriani and Steve Vai — is scheduled to take place in December. Tentative dates are:

Nov. 29 - Convention Center – Brisbane, AUS
Dec. 01 - Hordern Pavillion - Sydney, AUS
Dec. 02 - Regent Theatre - Melbourne, AUS
Dec. 03 - Regent Theatre - Melbourne, AUS
Dec. 04 - Regent Theatre - Melbourne, AUS
Dec. 06 - Entertainment Center - Adelaide, AUS
Dec. 08 - Challenger Stadium - Perth, AUS
