GAGGLE OF COCKS Signs With SCREAMING FERRET WRECKORDS

August 21, 2008

GAGGLE OF COCKS has had its debut album, "American Trash", released worldwide via Screaming Ferret Wreckords.

The band is comprised of guitarist/vocalist Pat Harrington, bassist Freddy Villano and newest addition, drummer John Macaluso. Harrington played in SLUNT (Repossession Records) with former MTV VJ Abby Gennet. SLUNT toured nationally and internationally with MOTÖRHEAD, PAUL STANLEY, MARILYN MANSON and others. Villano is a veteran of such heavy-hitters as QUIET RIOT and WIDOWMAKER (featuring Dee Snider of TWISTED SISTER fame). Macaluso has been the backbone of numerous world-renown artists and bands, including YNGWIE MALMSTEEN, ARK and TNT.

In addition to promoting the release of "American Trash", Gaggle Of Cocks recently teamed up with guitarist Chris Goercke (of KELLY OSBOURNE "Shut Up" fame) and began writing and recording material for a new record. Screaming Ferret is also planning to release the five-song EP, "5 Shots to the Vein", later in '08. Recorded before "American Trash" under the moniker INJEKSHUN, "5 Shots to the Vein" melds GOC's incendiary brand of ass-kicking hard rock with the hip hop lyrical attack of NY rap trio SESH TRIBE.
