GENITORTURERS Putting Finishing Touches On Studio Album, DVD

Florida-based "shock-rock" band GENITORTURERS, featuring MORBID ANGEL frontman David "Evil D" Vincent on bass, is currently in the studio putting the finishing touches on two new releases for 2007 — a new full-length album and a live DVD. More information will be made available soon.

In other news GENITORTURERS frontwoman Gen has scheduled the following appearances this month:

* Sunday, February 18 - Kinkball, Hollywood, CA at Ivar

This event will feature live electro-erotic fetish performance by GEN-XX, which includes Gen and Scott Weiser (JACKAL & HYDE, DYNAMIX II) on keyboards and Society of Genitorture fetish performers. Also appearing Torture Garden DJs, suspension by Allen Faulkner and more!

* Friday, February 23 - Flaunt - Plush, Jacksonville, FL

Flaunt is a VIP special event evening of burlesque performances. Gen will emcee the night, which will include arial artists and awesome burlesque performances.

An eight-minute audio interview with GENITORTURERS frontwoman Gen, conducted last November by Andrew Haug of Triple J's "Full Metal Racket" (based in Australia),can be downloaded at this location (5.55 MB).

GENITORTURERS, which features in its ranks MORBID ANGEL frontman David "Evil D" Vincent on bass, supported MÖTLEY CRÜE at the House of Blues in Myrtle Beach, SC on November 21.

GENITORTURERS played five shows in Australia and New Zealand beginning on November 10 in Auckland.

GENITORTURERS' most recent EP, "Flesh is the Law", came out in 2003.
