GOD FORBID: Performance Footage Of New Song Available

Video footage of New Jersey metal titans GOD FORBID performing a new, as-yet-untitled track off the group's upcoming CD can be viewed below (courtesy of Metal Injection via Metal Nick). The clip was shot at the Baltimore, Maryland stop of the band's current In Thrash We Trust tour, also featuring DEATH ANGEL, SOILENT GREEN and LIGHT THIS CITY.

GOD FORBID will celebrate the release of the group's first-ever DVD, "Beneath the Scars of Glory and Progression" (cover artwork),with three headlining shows with ARSIS and LIGHT THIS CITY. The dates are as follows:

June 13 - Starland Ballroom - Sayreville, NJ
June 14 - Penny Arcade - Rochester, NY
June 15 - The Station - Portland, ME

GOD FORBID is ready to deliver its career-defining statement with its much-anticipated new full-length album, which is set for a late summer release. However, preceding this release will be "Beneath the Scars of Glory and Progression", which is due on June 10. This package features multi-camera footage shot at a sold-out performance at the Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, New Jersey, all of the group's promotional videos and an hour-long documentary composed of historical insight, look into each member's personalities, and some hysterical social commentary.
