HADES Gutarist To 'Take Over' WSOU

March 13, 2010

HADES guitarist Dan Lorenzo will host the "Takeover" show at 8 p.m. on Friday, March 26 on 89.5 WSOU FM.

Seton Hall's popular heavy metal station has been running "Takeover" shows where listeners actually get to pick their choice of songs and speak for a half hour on the air.

"What music lover wouldn't want to be a program director, even if for only a half hour?" Lorenzo asked.

"From 1990 to 1994 my band NON-FICTION received tons of spins on WSOU (earning weeks at a time at the #1 slot),and that will always be a special time for me. WSOU will always have a place in my heart because of that."

Lorenzo added, "You know I had to play some CLUTCH and COC, but I, of course, look out for my friends too, so I played some OVERKILL and [HADES singer Alan Tecchio's new band] AUTUMN HOUR."
