HATE ETERNAL Enlist KEVIN TALLEY For North American Tour
March 29, 2006BLABBERMOUTH.NET can reveal that Floridian extreme metallers HATE ETERNAL have enlisted drummer Kevin Talley (CHIMAIRA, DYING FETUS, MISERY INDEX) to replace Derek Roddy on their upcoming North American tour with CHIMAIRA, ARCH ENEMY and NEVERMORE (as well as GOD FORBID later in the trek).
Roddy recenty announced his departure from HATE ETERNAL, citing "real-life situations" as the reason for his exit. "Touring in extreme bands has not allowed me to do anything other than go into a financial hole," he explained. "Every tour has put me in finanancial burden. Now, I'm not complaining (because I never expected to 'make it' playing metal),but I cannot continue to pay to do it either!!! Too expensive. Besides, I value the scene and would rather GIVE my music away than be insulted at the end of the year with a $600.00 royalty check!!!!"
Kevin Talley last month filled in for THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER drummer Pierre Langlois for several dates after Langlois was denied entry to the U.S. from his native Canada.
HATE ETERNAL's North American tour with CHIMAIRA, ARCH ENEMY and NEVERMORE is scheduled to kick off April 3 at the Gothic Theater in Denver, Colorado.
