Tickets for the four new shows at the Athenaeum Theatre in Melbourne are on sale now through Ticketmaster.
"Hell Ain't A Bad Place To Be - The Story Of Bon Scott" documents the singer's story from his earliest bands through landing the vocalist position in AC/DC and the subsequent rise to international success.
The show was written by Andrew Barker, who also produced "The Man In Black - The Johnny Cash Story" and "The John Denver Story - Take Me Home Country Roads".
Nick Barker the Australian singer-songwriter and guitarist who formed the Melbourne-based rock, power pop band NICK BARKER & THE REPTILES tells the story of Scott's life early years and his time with AC/DC through stories and songs.
Andrew Barker says in a press release: "The story of the rise of AC/DC is in everyone's memory as if we were all there: riding high through the middle of Melbourne in the 1970s, singing the story of life on the road, of dreams and broken promises, of the long way to the top. At the center of the band stands a man with bagpipes and a wicked grin Bon Scott."
Nick Barker stars in the show together with Doug Parkinson who tells anecdotes of his time on the road with Scott.
