HELLSONGS Performs Cover Of JUDAS PRIEST's 'United' (Video)

November 10, 2010

"Pyro", the weekly rock and metal program which airs on Norway's national radio station NRK P3, went backstage when the Swedish female-fronted group HELLSONGS — which specializes in performing "loungey, soft covers of metal songs" — played at Hulen in Bergen recently, and got two-thirds of the band to do their version of "United" by JUDAS PRIEST. You can now watch video footage of the performance below.

HELLSONGS has released two EPs and two full-length albums, the most recent of which, "Minor Misdemeanors", came out in August.

"Minor Misdemeanors" track listing:

01. Skeletons Of Society (SLAYER)
02. Heaven Can Wait (IRON MAIDEN)
03. Welcome To The Jungle (GUNS N' ROSES)
04. Walk (PANTERA)
05. I Wanna Be Somebody (W.A.S.P.)
06. Rubicon Crossings
07. School's Out (ALICE COOPER)
08. Sin City (AC/DC)
09. Youth Gone Wild (SKID ROW)
10. United (JUDAS PRIEST)

HELLSONGS' full-length debut, "Hymns in the Key of 666", was released in February 2008 via Despotz Records. The album entered the Swedish chart at No. 9.
