IRON MAIDEN Drummer Off To London For Some Studio Work

October 18, 2004

MCBRAIN DAMAGE, the Florida-based band featuring IRON MAIDEN drummer Nicko McBrain and ex-BLACK SABBATH/GREAT WHITE bassist Dave "The Beast" Spitz, along with members of DEEPSET and FAILSAFE, have posted the following message on their web site:

"Nicko is off to London for a week to do some studio work. He'll be home for a bit, then off for a drum clinic tour. Dave 'The Beast' Spitz came out of his cave to meet up with Rick and Jonathan to hang with Ronnie James Dio at his show here in FL. They also have plans this week to jam with Patrik Johansson (drummer for Yngwie Malmsteen) at a local rehearsal room... don't worry, it's just to have fun while Nicko is running around the world. We're hard at work getting MCBRAIN DAMAGE tour dates together for the New Year."
