IRON MAIDEN Singer Gives Speech At 'Forum IAB' Marketing Conference In Poland; Video Available
May 24, 2012IRON MAIDEN lead singer Bruce Dickinson gave a speech yesterday (Wednesday, May 23) at the Forum IAB marketing conference in Warsaw, Poland. The topic of his lecture was "Customer Value Management: Do You Really Respect Your Customer? The Importance Of Creativity In Planning Marketing Budgets."
Even though it was a marketing/e-commerce event, Bruce's approach to the topic was much more from the humanistic/sociological perspective. His lecture had more to do with customer relations and people's behavior than with new trends in marketing.
Robert of Rockville managed to record most of Bruce's speech and has uploaded it to YouTube. You can now watch in two parts below.
As previously reported, Dickinson recently launched an aircraft maintenance business, Cardiff Aviation Ltd, which will be based at the Twin Peaks Hangar at St Athan, Vale of Glamorgan in Wales, United Kingdom. Dickinson, a qualified commercial pilot, and his company are leasing the 132,000 square-foot hangar from the Welsh government.
Cardiff Aviation will maintain airliners and other large aircraft for major and independent airlines. It will also have facilities to complete the full range of ancillary aircraft maintenance and training activities and has the expertise and approvals to certify aircraft from many jurisdictions, including the USA.
