JERRY CANTRELL, BILLY DUFFY To Perform At HELP THE HOMELESS Benefit
November 9, 2004Former ALICE IN CHAINS guitarist Jerry Cantrell, ex-THE CULT axeman Billy Duffy, former JANE'S ADDICTION bassist Chris Chaney (bass) and ex-THE CULT touring bassist/DOHENY guitarist Billy Morrison are among the musicians that will be performing a short acoustic set to benefit Help The Homeless at The Falcon (7213 Sunset Blvd.) in Hollywood, CA this coming Wednesday, November 10. Also expected to appear are CAMP FREDDY vocalist Donovan Leitch (the son of 1960s U.K. folk-rock icon Donovan) and BILLY IDOL guitarist Steve Stevens. "We will be doing six or seven songs acoustically and I believe Jon [Clayden, DOHENY/PITCHSHIFTER singer] might come along and do a song with us," Morrison writes in an online posting. "Tickets are $50 (remember — it is for charity) and are available by calling (213) 741 0325."
