In related news, HALFORD—led by former JUDAS PRIEST frontman Rob Halford—have finished recording “much of the music” [for their upcoming sophomore album] and hope to complete the vocal tracks in late January, according to a recent posting by the singer. The as-yet-untitled effort is currently being tracked at a Los Angeles studio with producers Roy Z. (BRUCE DICKINSON/HELLOWEEN) and Richard Polodor (ALICE COOPER/3 DOG NIGHT/STEPPENWOLF),and is due to be issued through Metal-Is/Sanctuary Records in mid-2002. Among the titles set to appear on the forthcoming CD is “Dead Men Talk”.
