KAMELOT Replace VIRGIN STEELE At Germany's BANG YOUR HEAD Festival

American/Norwegian power metal act KAMELOT have replaced VIRGIN STEELE on the billing of this year's Bang Your Head!!! festival, set to take place June 24-25 at Messegelände in Balingen, Germany.

Bang Your Head!!! 2005 will mark the festival's 10th anniversary and the theme of this year's event will be "The Best of Ten Years". To celebrate the anniversary, the festival's organizers have invited the most popular acts that have previously appeared at the festival, including TWISTED SISTER, DIO and MOTÖRHEAD.

As previously reported, VIRGIN STEELE cancelled their previously announced appearances at Bang Your Head!!! and Finland's Nummirock festivals so as to allow vocalist David DeFeis to undergo further testing and treatment procedures for "serious health issues" discovered during a recent medical exam.
