KEVIN DUBROW Working On QUIET RIOT Music With GLENN HUGHES

QUIET RIOT frontman Kevin DuBrow has issued the following update on the songwriting process for the group's new studio CD:

"I had the honor and privilege of spending my day here in Las Vegas working and vocal melodies and lyrics for the upcoming QUIET RIOT CD with the amazingly talented Glenn Hughes [DEEP PURPLE, BLACK SABBATH]. I was a long time fan of Glenn's before we were close friends.

"It was really cool and kinda weird to have Glenn in my home singing the most amazing and sometimes off-the-wall vocals. Now it's my job to try and try to recreate his parts in my style.

"It looks like Glenn will be joining us in the studio to sing a duet with me and play bass on the SPOOKY TOOTH classic 'Evil Woman'.

"We plan on recording in Los Angeles in January 2006."

QUIET RIOT's current lineup includes DuBrow, Frankie Banali (drums),Alex Grossi (guitar) and Chuck Wright (bass).
