KILLSWITCH ENGAGE Pulls Out Of IDROSCALO, GRASPOP METAL MEETING Festivals

Massachusetts metallers KILLSWITCH ENGAGE have released the following statement:

"Due to the passing of a close family member, we will, unfortunately, have to cancel our June 26 performance at the Idroscalo festival (Milan, Italy) and our June 27 performance at the Graspop Metal Meeting (Dessel, Belgium). We thank you for understanding during this difficult time and we definitely plan to be back to Italy and Belgium sometime soon to make it up to you."

KILLSWITCH ENGAGE's self-titled fourth album is available for streaming in its entirety on the band's MySpace page. Due on June 30 via Roadrunner Records, the CD was produced by Brendan O'Brien (AC/DC, RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE) and co-produced by guitarist Adam Dutkiewicz.

KILLSWITCH ENGAGE will team up with IN FLAMES for a co-headlining tour of Canada in Sepember. Support on the trek will come from PROTEST THE HERO and BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME.

KILLSWITCH ENGAGE will spend the summer touring as a main-stage attraction on the second annual Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival.
