KING'S X To Guest At Nashville's MOAW Recording Workshop

KING'S X will be special guests at MOAW (Mother Of All Workshops) between July 18 and July 21 in Nashville, Tennessee. The workshop, which is being hosted by veteran hard rock/metal producer Michael Wagener (WARRANT, SKID ROW, ACCEPT, HAMMERFALL),is a "four-day workshop-extreme with Fletcher from Mercenary Audio as a celebrity guest host and KING'S X tracking," according to a posting on Wagener's web site. "We are going to track at least four songs (drums, bass and basic R-gtrs) in those four days. We will be using different mic techniques and different rooms to record the drums, even the parking lot (weather permitting),real life studio situations. We'll use Fletcher's 3 mic technique for some of the songs and other minimal and maximal approaches on the other songs. It's a Watch-And-Learn situation, with plenty of time for questions. As you can imagine, we'll have a nice stack of equipment and mics for this workshop."
