KORN Cancel 'Pop Sux' Tour Dates
December 4, 2002KORN have had to cancel the last five nights of their "Pop Sux Tour" in the United States for fear that Jonathan Davis may cause permanent damage to his voice if the shows continue.
Davis is suffering from strained vocal chords and is under doctors orders to stop the shows.
Only the final five U.S. shows have been affected. The Canadian shows in Toronto tonight and Montreal on Thursday will go ahead. Wednesday's performance at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto and Thursday's show at the Bell Center in Montreal are rescheduled dates from the first leg of KORN's U.S. trek earlier this year.
The cancelled dates are:
Dec. 07 - Binghampton, NY @ Broome County Arena
Dec. 08 - Erie, PA @ Erie Civic Center
Dec. 10 - Utica, NY @ Memorial Coliseum
Dec. 11 - Reading, PA @ Sovereign Center
Dec. 12 - Bridgeport, CT @ Arena at Harbor Yard
