LACRIMAS PROFUNDERE Pulls Out Of Germany's WINTERNOISE FESTIVAL
January 12, 2007German gothic rockers LACRIMAS PROFUNDERE have been forced to cancel their appearance at the Winternoise Festival this Saturday, January 13 at the Georgsmarienhütte Event Center in Osnabrück, Germany. According to a posting on the band's official web site, "Daniel [Lechner], our bass player, [has been] ill [for the past few] days! We thought he could play the gig, but since yesterday his doctor said it is forbidden for him to play concerts this month! So we had to cancel the whole show!"
LACRIMAS PROFUNDERE's latest album, "Filthy Notes for Frozen Hearts", was released last August. The CD was produced by John Fryer (H.I.M., PARADISE LOST, NINE INCH NAILS, DEPECHE MODE) and was preceded by a single, "Again It's Over". The six-track mini-CD jewel-case edition includes three non-album tracks.
