In other news, LAMB OF GOD have issued the following statement regarding their recently completed "Headbangers Ball Tour":
"Taking part in and blowing up the stage every night on the Headbangers Ball Tour was an incredible and unforgettable experience for us. This tour meant a lot to us as a group and we are flattered and honored to have been a part of something that has and will continue making a dent in the industry. This music, this scene, this collective effort is not to be ignored and the success of this tour proves that heavy music — now more than ever — is alive, well and kicking ass. We owe a great deal of thanks to our family and crew, the other bands and their crews, MTV2 and most importantly our friends, fans and family that came together showing support night after night. The real success is there, in the support we receive — you deserve our respect and thanks. We are making a difference, together."
