Looks Eggsactly Like GENE SIMMONS
March 25, 2007According to TMZ.com, a New Orleans-based eBay egg-maker is offering two, one-of-a-kind, hand-painted egg art sculptures bearing the likenesses of KISS bassist/vocalist Gene Simmons. The seller writes on the auction page, "this one-of-a-kind hand-painted and constructed egg art sculpture is created with four chicken size acrylic eggs and is mounted on a heavy fine marble base. This double figure egg set stands 6 1/2 inches tall and 7 inches wide. Gene's guitar is hand-made."

As previously reported, Gene Simmons and longtime companion Shannon Tweed underwent dual face lifts that were taped for "Gene Simmons Family Jewels".
Asked why they decided to go for dual face lifts, Simmons — who had a face lift and liposuction, to be featured on two April 1 episodes — recenty told USA Today, "Honest to God, it just sort of happened."
What you'll see, according to Simmons, is "like a biology class … more fascinating than gory."
Tweed, who turned 50 March 10, had her face lift done by the same Beverly Hills surgeon. "Plastic surgery was Gene's idea. But I wasn't going to let him look younger than me," she says.
