LUPARA Prepares To Film First-Ever Video

November 17, 2006

LUPARA, the Chicago-land extreme metal band formed by ex-BROKEN HOPE guitarist Jeremy Wagner, will film its first video for the track "No Pity On the Ants", which is taken from the group's self-titled debut album, out now on Crash Music, Inc. The clip will be shot in the band's hometown this Saturday, November 18 and Sunday, November 19 with director/producer Frankie Nasso of Raging Nation Films in New York City. A young protégé music video director of notorious filmmaker Dale "Rage" Resteghini, Frankie's directing credits include MUDVAYNE, HATEBREED, ALL THAT REMAINS, WALLS OF JERICHO, SWORN ENEMY, and BURY YOUR DEAD, among many others.

Commented Wagner: "The treatment that director Frankie came up with, along with the input from the band, will make this video legendary. The song itself is one of our strongest and best-mixed on the album. When the music ties in with the storyline, the viewer will go on a crushing and terrifying journey with this video. I can't wait for the world to see this one."

"Lupara" was produced and mixed by Scott Creekmore at Mercenary Digital Studios and mastered by Trevor Sadler (NINE INCH NAILS, SOIL, FLESHGRIND, etc.) at Mastemind Productions.

The track "Four Leaves War" can currently be heard on the band's MySpace page.
