MÖTLEY CRÜE's NIKKI SIXX Signs Publishing Deal With DOWNTOWN MUSIC

MÖTLEY CRÜE co-founder Nikki Sixx has signed a worldwide publishing deal with Downtown Music Publishing.

Downtown will serve as the worldwide publishing administrator for Sixx's complete song catalogue, including MÖTLEY CRÜE singles "Shout At The Devil" and "Girls Girls Girls".

The new partnership with Downtown also includes exclusive sync rights to the original MÖTLEY CRÜE master recording catalogue.

Downtown has also entered into a master-use sync licensing agreement with Eleven Seven Music, of which Sixx is president. In addition to all of the original MÖTLEY CRÜE masters, the label's catalogue includes releases by artists such as SIXX: A.M., TRAPT and DROWNING POOL.

"We are extremely honored to represent the songs of Nikki Sixx, one of the greatest rock songwriters of our generation," says Downtown Music president Justin Kalifowitz.

"Through this innovative partnership, Nikki's publishing copyrights and MÖTLEY's master recordings will now be marketed and promoted in lock-step.
