From Wednesday, July 9 until the sunset on Saturday, July 12, 2008, 35,000 true metal fans (over the course of the entire festival) from 44 different countries across the globe poured onto the festival grounds in Bad Arolsen, Germany and experienced the ultimate in true heavy metal: the second annual Magic Circle Festival. Now you can experience the power, the passion and the excitement of those four days with the "Magic Circle Festival 2008 Vol. II" DVD.

Two DVDs with a stunning 32-page booklet in a unique "steelbook" package make this DVD something no metal fan should miss. Only on this DVD can you see nearly two hours of live highlights from the loudest band on earth, the true Kings of Metal, MANOWAR, as they played their first six albums from start to finish in Bad Arolsen. Along with many MANOWAR classics you can experience songs which have not been played live in decades or ever been played live at all, such as "All Men Play On Ten", "Kingdom Come" and "Animals" — just to name a few. Special live versions of "The Crown And the Ring", including a full choir and the new single, "Die With Honor", are some further highlights of this special set. Also included are live appearances by HOLYHELL, MAJESTY, JACK STARR'S BURNING STARR, TITANIUM BLACK, KOBUS and more.

Mixed by Grammy nominee Rich Breen in full 5.1 Surround Sound and packed with loads of exclusive bonus materials and special features, the "Magic Circle Festival 2008" DVD is an absolute must-have.

MANOWAR bassist Joey DeMaio revealed long-awaited details about a secret project. He announced that next year MANOWAR would perform its new (as-yet-untitled and unreleased) album onstage. And it is not just a normal album... it will be written in collaboration with the biggest-selling German author Wolfgang Hohlbein (over 35 million books sold),and will include a tie-in novel and feature film and video game. When Wolfgang appeared onstage during MANOWAR's Saturday performance at this year's Magic Circle Festival, he was joined by his manager Dieter Winkler and close friend Ralf Buxa.

Fan-filmed video footage of MANOWAR performing the band's new single, "Die With Honor", with a 20-person men's choir at this year's Magic Circle Festival on July 12 in Bad Arolsen, Germany can be viewed below (clip uploaded by YouTube user "evilernie667").
