MALIGNANCY Recruits PYRRHON Drummer For European Tour
June 15, 2012Yonkers, New York-based technical death metallers MALIGNANCY will embark on a European tour this July in support of their upcoming full-length release, "Eugenics". The band's drummer, Mike Heller, will not be able to join his bandmates on the upcoming trek due to the fact that he is currently sitting behind the kit for FEAR FACTORY and will be temporarily replaced by Alex Cohen (PYRRHON).
"Alex Cohen is well versed in jazz and metal, he is the logical choice to get the job done," said MALIGNANCY vocalist Danny Nelson.
The "Containment Breach Europe" tour will pass through Extremefest, Obscene Extreme and Houten Deathfest with support from CEPHALIC IMPURITY. The tour will also cross paths with the "Condemned" European tour.
"Eugenics" will be released late fall/early winter via Willowtip and promises to be MALIGNANCY's most innovative release to date.
