MASTODON's BRENT HINDS Ties The Knot

MASTODON's Brent Hinds married his girlfriend Raísa Moreno less than a month after proposing to her onstage during the band's April 28 concert in Birmingham, Alabama.

Pictures of the low-key wedding — which was attended by Raísa's mother and Brent's best man, Tom Cheshire — were posted on Hinds's and Moreno's Instagram accounts. "It was a great and beautiful day," Hinds wrote in a caption accompanying the photos.

Hinds was the sole remaining unmarried member of MASTODON, which recently completed a U.S. tour with EAGLES OF DEATH METAL and RUSSIAN CIRCLES.

MASTODON's latest album, "Emperor Of Sand", was released at the end of March. The follow-up to 2014's "Once More 'Round The Sun" was recorded at The Quarry Recording Studio in Kennesaw, just outside MASTODON's hometown of Atlanta, with producer Brendan O'Brien (PEARL JAM, NEIL YOUNG, AC/DC, RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE),who first worked with MASTODON on their seminal 2009 album "Crack The Skye".
