MERCENARY Lose TYPE O Support Slot

Despite their previous announcement to the contrary, Denmark's MERCENARY will NOT be opening for TYPE O NEGATIVE in Århus, Denmark at the end of the month. "Sadly, the management of TYPE O NEGATIVE decided to bring along UK's KILL II THIS for support in Denmark, so MERCENARY will not perform at Train on the 22nd of June," the band said in a statement.

MERCENARY recently entered producer Jacob Hansen's (INVOCATOR, RAUNCHY) newly-built recording studio to finish laying down the basic tracks for their third full-length album, due in the fall through Holland's Hammerheart Records. MERCENARY's last CD, "Everblack" was released in March 2002.
